The BearTown Radio 1st Birthday Bash
Congleton Town Hall December 20th 2013

Sonny Ross's marvelous poster
This isn't a review. I cannot review a gig which I organised. I just took some photos and thought you might like a look at them.
I would, however, like to thank the following:
The Bands: The Fire Beneath The Sea, Sweet Winn Dixie, The Ron Jeremy Cream Missile Explosion, and Alex Aspin. You were absolutely awesome. Thank You all.
Technical: Chris Booth, for the PA, Lights, and everything that made the gig happen. Tim Hopkin, Al, and Steve, for sound and all the carting around of those bloody heavy boxes in cold, wet, windy weather.
DJs: Sam Hurst and David McGregor.
The BearTown Crew: Keith Graham, Beckie Morley, Natasha Ghanimeh, Daniel Wood, Harvey Richards, Michael Saunders, and Richard Wharfe. Thanks guys!
and, Congleton Town Council - your help was much appreciated.
So, I put on a gig, man. How cool is that? In some ways, very. In others, it's a form of torture, the horrors of which, even Torquemada could never have conceived.
Scroll down and check out the snaps.
